1. General Information
We are preparing for our Phase 2 construction, which includes the addition of a second building which will serve the needs of our Youth groups. This will also serve as a multipurpose building for concerts, baptisms, meetings and other functions. It will accommodate approximately 800 people seated in rows, or 400 seated at round tables.
Total square footage will be 33,000 when all three floors are completed. The third floor will be designated as our administrative floor where all church offices will be located.

The final construction of Phase 2 will include:
—Large multimedia screens
—State of the art sound system
—Baptismal in the stage floor
and many other functional and stylistic elements that will make this facility a unique and necessary addition to River of Life.
2. Frequently Asked Questions About the Building Project
Q: Why do we need to expand?
A: River of Life has never stopped growing, and has always been expanding in both ministry and in sheer numbers of people attending the River. It is very important that we are able to accommodate as much growth as possible in order for every single need to be properly served and to allow for future growth in steps to come.
Q: Will parking become a problem during the construction phases?
A: Given the physical limitations of space and areas for parking, we anticipate some congestion, but we have an excellent team of Parking Lot Ministry workers who will be assisting once ground breaking and construction begin. We would advise that during construction, that you try to arrive a bit earlier than normal to avoid congestion from those who may arrive very closely to the start of service.
Q: How long will this next phase take to complete?
A: All construction projects are subject to some variances such as weather, equipment and any obstacles found along the way. Generally speaking, however, we anticipate the project to be completed within one year of ground breaking.
Q: What comes after that?
A: The current plan is to focus on the sanctuary expansion once the Youth Complex is done. That plan will include the addition of 1,000 seats in the sanctuary and a larger lobby
