Jr. S.P.Y. Seekers

Our Jr. S.P.Y. Seekers Program provides loving care, play, and Bible-based learning activities for kids from birth to Kindergarten. Our mission is to provide a strong spiritual foundation even in the early stages of life that will lead a child into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Age-appropriate curriculum is used for all classes, and focus is placed on planting the Word of God into the hearts of children. Weekly activities such as crafts and snacks, playtime, praise and worship, puppetry skits, Bible lessons and prayer time, provide opportunities for involvement and growth.

OPENING ACTIVITIES & CHECK-IN

Kids check into their home rooms. During check-in, kids are encouraged to use this time to participate in playtime with puzzles, play-doh, coloring, and various activities.

PRAISE & WORSHIP STATION

Kids enter into an energetic environment where they are led into praising and worshiping the Lord with age-appropriate songs and motions. This is where they learn to worship with their whole heart! Instruments, streamers, and various props are used, making worship a personal experience.

BIBLE TIME

Stories come to life with Bible lessons that are taught by Instructors through skits, fun object lessons, and interactive story telling. Kids never know what to expect during Bible Time.

SCRIPTURE VERSE GAME TIME

Now this is serious fun! This large group game time will challenge each child physically and mentally. Kids learn scriptures while playing games using a number of different objects: parachutes, balls, ropes…the possibilities are endless!

CRAFT TIME

Kids construct and take home a craft pertaining to each Bible lesson. This is a great way to keep parents informed on what their child is learning in class, and serves as a reminder for the child as well!

SNACK/CHECK-OUT TIME

Every child is served a snack consisting of crackers and water during class. During snack time, the Instructor reviews the lessons with the children and also rewards children for behavior, attentiveness, and attitude. This reinforces positive behavior and lets the kids know we think they are winners!
